Truly customer focused, Marcin and his Roofer arrived promptly this Saturday morning to diagnose and fix a solar panel fault. I have seldom witnessed such efficiency as they worked. The scaffold tower was up within 10mins of arrival and a panel wiring fault located quickly. It transpired that the inverted also had a fault (17 years old so reasonable I guess) which was also quickly fixed at a very fair and reasonable price. The roofer even cleared some moss from my rain channels without being asked. An excellent team effort from these guys, highly professional, reliable, polite, tidy, respectful of your property and totally honest tradesmen. Marcin answers calls or messages straight away so no messing about when you need support. All hard to find qualities these days. Highly recommended. ~ Chris P
